Things I learned from Dr. Dray. White Petrolatum is the GOAT 🐐
Use sunscreen
Wash your hands, rinse thoroughly and moisturize
Sleep well, eat well, and exercise
Don’t store your razor in the shower
Stop using antibacterial ointments and cleansers
Use smaller amounts of products
Keep track of expiration dates and don’t buy more than you can use
Manage your expectations

While I rarely shop at drug stores because the prices are ridiculous, I still appreciate these types of videos. Most of these products can be found at Wal-Mart or even ULTA cheaper so this is still helpful for me. I also appreciate that you go over ingredients and why they may or may not be good. Happy New Year! Panoxyl also has an Adapalene gel now. So many brands do and now Skinfix has something called Adapinoid? It’s actually rights reserved. What I’m wondering is why none of these companies have incorporated soothing and hydrating/moisturizing ingredients into an Adapalene product yet? I’d looove to see that!

Thank you SO much for the Neosporin info. The last scratch I put this on got angry, red, and itchy. I finally decided to remove it and the bandage to see if it'd heal on its own. Lo and behold all the angry red/itchy cleared up fairly quick. I suspected there was something in the Neosporin that caused it but didn't know til now. thanks for this! <3

I know the Avene face & body sunscreen @ ~ $50 seems crazy expensive but I noticed it was 4.1 ozs. so that's ~ $12.20 an oz. & therefore, in line with A LOT of other drugstore sunscreens (that are packaged at 1 oz. or 1.7 ozs.)😊
