Great list and super clear narrative! Adding one more hack for the barbell unloading: once you finish unloading one side, the barbell naturally falls to the ground on that end, making it even harder to slide the weights from the other side. So you can simply pick up the empty end of the barbell and raise it up so it's vertical, which would allow the weights to fall off the other end.

Change plates also work great for elevating the heels during squats, 10lb, 5lb, 2.5lb depending on your ankle flexibility

Great video good ideas. Two extra hacks one with the chalk put the block in a large enough plastic bag so you can put your hands in the plastic bag put the chalk on and it won’t get all over the floor. Another one is to take your own collars to the gym as the ones they usually are so loose old and broken or you can never find them but it’s easier just to take your own.
