I do know I have a lot of inner strength. I have high patience and tolerance. Been working on self esteem. I think I must have more than I think(just the last bad habit in thinking maybe) and being a parent of four grown kids, I have learned to pick my battles. (Was)Married to a toxic man for 25 years- sure I was toxic also. So…I stood up to a coworker that was my manager, recently (who love bombed me, stone walled me, punished me and talked hatefully to me)and I didn’t say it meanly or anything- I told her to mind her own business. Shock! OMG! Mark the calendar! Jalie stood up for herself! Earned the respect of others. She sounded like a parent, “What did you SAY to ME?!” She had a come back. Then stone walled me. Everything normal on Monday😊. Lied to my face twice. And I’ve only ruminated once for a short time. Shoot dang, I must be healthier than I’ve given myself credit for! Dont know if this means ‘Super’ but I love myself, I am worthy, whole and complete! Nothing can disturb my piece of mind, for too long, anymore😊-having empathy does not mean I have to have sympathy- I can relate to feelings-and feel them all-but I dont feel sorry for you that you came to work sick, got the vehicle taken from you early and were sent home, and your daughter had to come get you. And I can still say, “I hope you feel better, soon” and mean it because I dont have to be vengeful or invested in her wellbeing. 🤔😃When we had to drive around for work together, she harped on me for being positive and optimistic😊 while she chronically complained. I was watching the new Roadhouse- the guy who said the hospital is 25 minutes away- Oy, that reminded me of me😆 part of a motorcycle gang somehow, but sounding all “normal” and being told to shut up. 🤪❤ that guy. And the way he described Dalton😂 I love Mr. Rogers(tho not when I was young)😌
