I come from a mixed background as well. I'm Pakistani + Mexican. I feel like my parents were very similar to yours in terms of instilling in us early on to be strong in our faith, going to Sunday school, and knowing to feel empowered in who we are. They also were never afraid to explain things to us which helped us so much in understanding why things are the way they are. May Allah bless your parents for instilling those values in you all ✨

I honestly love how their family interacts with one another and how they make time for one another. I started to cry a little when they sang happy birthday and their dad was smiling 😊.
