How to Wax Your Strapless Kitesurfing Board

A few quick tips for waxing your strapless Kiteboard as we discuss, choosing your wax, what and where to wax and how to wax.

When strapless kitesurfing, generally the decision is between waxing your board or having a deck grip. They both work great, but sometimes I prefer the wax as I feel I rely on it more.

Waxing your strapless board is pretty basic, but hopefully there are a few tips here you can take away, for what i have found to be the best way to wax a surf board for kiting with, and get you back out there riding strapless soon :)

I could watch these videos all day, I’ve never tried kite boarding but I reallt want to do it now. I’m in the rainy cold U.K. only thing concerns me is the safety but I read the equip and training has come a long way

Great vid mate! I’m starting to grab the board for bigger airs. Thinking I need wax on the rails like you mentioned. For that do you wax both sides of the rail? (underside as well?)
