Recipe:
Garam Masala
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
5 Bay Leaves
3tbsp black Pepppercorns
1/2 Caraway Seeds
6 Black Cardamoms
12 Green Cardamoms
5 one inch pieces of Cardamoms
1 tbsp Cloves
4 tbsp Coriander Seeds
3 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp grated nutmeg
1 mace blade
1 star Anise

Method:
Lightly roast all the whole spices one at a time on low to medium heat in a
pan. Mix all the roasted spices properly. Allow it to cool down and grind to a
fine powder. Then store in an airtight container. less

3tbsp black pepper seeds
Let it cool down, then add

3" long 2 piecesof cinnamon
1 piece of nutmeg
1 piece star anise
1 piece javitri( Mace Blade)
6 black cardomoms
12 green cardomoms
1tbsp Clove( Laung)
1tbsp shah jeera
5 Bay leaves
Now blend.

I only use lightly roasted green elaichi, laung and dalchini to make garam masala powder and nothing else, it smell and taste so tasty. I call it Royal Garam Masala.
