To listen to Urbano Medeiros makes me feel as if I were a wandering feather above, slightly sliding, searching for a mysterious nest, smoothly flying over and over through space, aiming a wishful and hidden Heaven, whose Flow is a melodious … So much lyrical harmony is blended with the wealth of sensibility of a soul, that once this planet was fortunately a witness of a Divine concession, for his earthly landing, a welcoming birth and an uncommon growth… It's so amazing that, among so many people, just few ones touch our spirits, so deep down, just like Urbano Medeiros actually does… I feel delightful for God having open, gorgeous art and as well as, later on, getting along with such a great human being like him… A benevolent artist who has been using his talent to open a gap of love in people's lost and lonely hearts, taking comfort to the ones who indeed feel sadly blue and are gloomily put aside by society - rehearsing and widening their previous tasteless might, by Light, really turn out to Be… Urbano has been a real brother who has been sharing people's suffering, fulfilling empty inner holes, and relieving people's pain, with refreshing drops of chords and tones, which are able to teach a hesitant heart, how to … Urbano's murmur makes me feel as if I were about to be born in an astonishing new world, tasting something renewed, a world with puerile sensations, due to the coolness brought by his talented art… Whoever - that might be having the chance of listening to him - feels as if, in an allurement, were wakening up for a Light, in a little lyrical warmful corner, of this whole cold planet, experiencing a childish sensation comfortably hugs one by one, with that melody, joining tightly all of us together, independent from roots, creeds or colors, arousing inside us a wish of Love for Life, for People, and mainly for Him, who gave us a selfless helping hand, a good brother, a real son, reflection of His Own Heavenly Soul…

Urbano Medeiros é um santo homem. Um grande conhecedor de Thomas Merton, mas o que mais o marca é a caridade e o amor que tem para com o próximo, principalmente os mais necessitados. É um home de oração, de fé integra e caridade perfeita. Como todo santo, sofre muito neste mundo egoísta e ganancioso. Um dia, quando Deus permitir a a Igreja proclamar, poderemos invocá-lo: "Santo Urbano Medeiros, rogai por nós"
