This is so interesting. I met my husband at a holiday party in 2003. We were both 29 yrs old. I am a cautious person by nature so when he came on strong and fast, I pulled back. This seemed to make him even more determined. I showed him exactly who I am and he did the same.
We married after 7 months! It’s been many years and he still the most amazing person and the healthiest relationship I have ever had. I know this isn’t the norm but it worked out for me.

Generally when they are going too fast is because they are love-bombing and they have really no good intentions unless actually you see that they continue such intense interest and moving towards what looks like a commitment towards you. My soon-to-be-ex-husband had that same behavior with every single woman he got involved with and dropped them like a hot potato in just a short period of time.

I'm in this situation right now. We have been together for a year and a half. He thinks I'm being pushy and says that he will live with me "Someday" Backstory: It's been a couple of years he moved back in with his father. He said one of the reasons is he likes to see his dad too.I think because his mom died a year ago so I think he's afraid of losing him too. I've never stopped him from spending time with him. He also said has a fear of change. I told him if he thinks he can wait a few more years. It would make it harder to leave his dad and not fair to me. Yet he's moved out of state for an ex a while back. So I don't get it. I know he loves me and proves it otherwise. Should I be worried?
