Endless Winter: Paleoamericans takes place in North America, around 10,000 BCE. Players guide the development of their tribes across several generations—from nomadic hunter-gatherers to prosperous tribal societies. Over the course of the game, tribes migrate and settle new lands, establish cultural traditions, hunt paleolithic megafauna, and build everlasting megalithic structures.

Endless Winter is a euro-style game that combines worker placement and deck building in an innovative way. Each round, players send their tribe members to various action spaces, and pay for the actions by playing cards and spending resources. Tribe cards grant additional labor, while Culture cards provide a variety of unique effects. As an alternative, cards can be saved for an end-of-round Eclipse phase, where they are simultaneously revealed to determine the new player order, and trigger various bonus actions.

The game features a novel blend of interwoven systems and mechanisms, such as multi-use cards, area influence, tile placement, and set collection. Plus, there are many viable paths to victory. After four brisk rounds, scores are tallied, and the tribe with the most points wins!

Man, I just want to take the time to express my apreciation for your work. It shows how much work it takes on the production side, and it's cool that you have friends to help you show off the games through gameplay. And these must be even more taxing as time is concerned, to fully play and then edit the videos. But the combo of previews/gameplays give us full information on the games, and the video production really highlights the qualities of the production of the games. I think what you provide is second to none here on YT. Hats off to you, good sir.

This game looks better and better (not just visually) every time I learn more about it.

The art of this is beautiful. And I love the theme, I am currently working on a board game celebrating Native folktales. But it seems like a lot of systems for alots sake. I think doing more with less is a better design strategy. But I will still throw some money to the Kickstarter's way!

I really appriciate your videos, quality reviews, clear explenations, very good presentation and camera angles. You always have a positive tone when speaking, which is nice to listen. I know this was a promotion video, but it would be good to add also what you didnt liked or what could be better/improved to make them really honest.
Anyway I just wanted to thank you for your and your friends work, I have good time watching the channel.

I love your B-rolls

Love your content though! Keep up the awesome work!

Edit: I retract my comment, after finishing watching the whole video, you do end up explaining each component several times over the course of the video. Looks like a great game! 😎👍🏼

Looks like a lot of things are going on in this game... board, cards, individual player boards, the territory tiles and more... I don't know how easy will be to teach and play :s... the artwork looks great tho

Hope the stacking tiles have some interesting art work and maybe some indent that let's then attach easier. Looks prone to knocking over. Love the puzzle nature of Teotihuacan where orientation mattered re pattern matching

Finally a video about this LOL. Really intrigued about this game. I'll be looking forward to watching the game play video you put out later. My only question is how is the two-player experience? Also curious about that box size. Hoping this is more of a standard size box

Totally backing this game. I watched Rahdo's playthrough several weeks ago ( will be posted soon, now only available to patreons) and was super impressed with the quality of the prototype and the gameplay mechanisms. I am hopeful, however, that they will offer a playmat. The artwork is OUTSTANDING but I'm not crazy about the puzzle-piece-styled board. I think a playmat that incorporated the main board, hunting board, and trackers would be more optimal. The games that I own that have the puzzle-piece-styled boards break down over time with numerous plays, and since this board isn't a map or trail that can be reconfigured I would rather have a solid board or mat.
