Question! for the soft box,  
~ there are two sized silver nobs on the ends and I am not sure which way is best, . small in the hole and big in the velcro pocket or visa versa .. let me know what works best for you THANKS! :) this video was the most helpful I could find lol

I bought these only to find you cant adjust the light output on these. They fire too bright unless you raise fstop to f11-13 and shutter to 1/250. You cant even see what you are shooting in the view finder
