Back in 2011 you were so gracious and kind to take the time to answer my worries about switching from Windows to Mac for the first time. Thanks to your reassurance I got my very first iMac and I have never looked back since, making it one of my best purchasing decisions yet. 10 years later my iMac is still holding up pretty well although its age is showing, so I decided to upgrade this year. My order is still preparing to ship so it's not here yet but when I saw that you uploaded this video, it felt like a full circle moment.
