Lmao that's horrifying. Those people are losing water weight or shitting etc and she clearly thinks that's like, the goal rate of weight loss. Unless you're really very big you're not even gonna be able to lose 3 lbs a day of fat even if you are literally starving yourself and eating nothing at all lmao. Actually probably nobody in the world could! You'd have to weigh around a thousand pounds!

Also a good trainer would not be recommending a highly restrictive and disordered “diet” like the “carnivore diet”, also a good personal trainer would also not be stating their clients full name out loud on social media, presumably without their knowledge or consent to do so.

I can’t STAND hearing people talk about 1-5lb fluctuations like they are RESULTS. That’s normal fluctuation for me, and every woman I know. You do you- but the worst person you can lie to, is yourself.

Another thing about a good trainer. They will no give diet recommendations if they aren't trained to. A lot of trainers are not certified to do so and they will usually give advice as if they are talking to a friend. If they aren't qualified and give advice as if they are run
