This is important, if you care about mental health look up CBT, MINDFULNESS, YOGA and try to develop a positive world view independent of facts.

I would like to meet with the Royalty and discuss different issues. Militaries should be given a special kind of support. No psychology specialist can identify with the help of those techniques what is necessary. I would like specialists to use some new approaches. I hope that I will have an opportunity to meet your family as I wrote to Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth. Last year I wrote a lot on facebook. Hope that some representatives read what I wrote.
