A burst mechanic and doing away with ToDs would probably help the meta. ArcSys totally redesigned GBVS from the ground-up. This might benefit from something similar.

I wish woulda got into it, I played both open betas but I honestly didn’t understand the system at all. I’m a Street Fighter player I legitimately couldn’t understand it. Probably gotta be a Guilty Gear player to understand it better. Loved all the characters in the game though, the aesthetics and the style were out of this world, love the over abundance of color.
