Getting strong very fast is also very dangerous. Muscles often get stronger at a faster speed than your tendons so before you know it youve snapped your shit up. Also if your not doing competitions their is no point trying 1 rep maxes the risk to reward ratio is just stupid. Mitchell is an absolute G and your always going to think your weak if your comparing your lifts to this monster 😂
