With this heatwave I am over make-up this summer. "I'm melting, I'm melting" . I amm not trying to be the Wicked Witch of the West( I live in Arizona). On a "fancy" day during this heatwave I might put on mascara and a tinted gloss. That's about it. Maybe on a special occasion I might use a Jaspanese rice blotting paper for oil on my "T" zone. Beyond thatt nope.
