My last few days in Capgemini | Why I left Capgemini, where am I going?

Hey so in this video I tried documenting my last couple of days in Capgemini, and the exit process. The exit process was smooth, although my Capgemini laptop is still now picked up :P
But anyway it was fun to be a part of Capg and I learned a lot now it is time to move on to the next adventure/organization.

PS: The Capg Laptop has still not been collected, just wish I get my FnF asap :P

Hey Aastha, that was a really nice video. First of congratulations on the new job and I wish you all the very best for it. Secondly from your video I believe you can answer my question as an experienced person who has worked in cap for an year. I have been offered to join as a Senior Consultant. I have offers from Accenture, CTS as well and I'm tad confused. Surprisingly in terms of compensation none are able to match as that of Cap's. But thats not my priority as for now, I want to know overall How did you feel working in cap ? Obviously the project plays the major part but apart from that in terms org structure, policies, accessibility to management, flexibility and most importantly work life balance how much would you rate it out of 5. Would really appreciate if you could let me know your experience and your suggestions. Thanks in Advance :)
