The demo was incredible, an amazing blend of different genres, it felt like I was playing through one of those ARG games like Petscop. But it had the humor of games like OMORI and Undertale. And on top of that it had mechanics from those nostalgic flash games everyone would play in school. I cannot wait to see the finished project.

Sidenote: I was not previously aware it was possible to have a crush on an animate sign from a 20 minute long game demo

I love the dicotomy of creators where the ones who make upbeat stuff are usually very sad and the ones who make the most cursed, Eldritch monsters are very wholesome

For those wondering, all these stretch goals were actually met! A total of $52, 313 was pledged to the kickstarter before it was shut down, with a total of 10 people donating over $1, 000 to have a fight against an enemy which is based on their original character. Damn.

im really excited to see where the combat goes, it seems so simple in concept, but there is so much you can do. like turning different directions. parrying, thinks your hands should dodge or fake outs, or multiple targets to focus on, idk man its just so cool

okay you guys need to understand patience and notice this guy has a life too, he does post what he worked on in shorts like his animations but OFCOURSE it’s gonna take a while, and so is this game.
