There has been a hysterical over-reaction by some Arsenal fans to their side's poor start to the season. Eidevall will not be sacked mid-season - this is not men's football. Yes, Arsenal have lost their last two games - but their opponents have been two of the very best sides in Europe. Arsenal were unlucky to lose to Chelsea - the home side dominated most of the game, created chances - Williamson, Wubben-Moy, both from corners, and Blackstenius all missed great opportunities - they just didn't take them. Eidevall can be criticised, however, for fielding very similar players - Walti and Little, and, Mead, Blackstenius, and Russo, who are interchangeable. They need more contrast. They also need to ditch some players that Arsenal fans would regard as untouchable - Little (been a great player but too old now), McCabe (lazy and slow, the most carded player in the WSL), and Mead (sadly not the player she was before her ACL injury). The entitled attitude of some Arsenal fans doesn't help - proper fans support their team ALL THE MORE when things get tough. It was obvious at the end of this game that the Arsenal players - and coaches - were deeply disappointed - but that it is a sign that things can be turned around.
