I just hope Elon Musk is keeping a very, very watchful eye on all, I mean ALL personnel associated with SpaceX. Based on the track record of this bureaucracy, I anticipate a "tragic occurrence" will be arranged for an upcoming space mission so as to cause great harmto his business interests. Absolute security of each and every EVERYTHING having to do with EVERYTHING SpaceX must be right and able to prevent any form of sabotage.

Personally, I’d prefer it if business owners were allowed to discriminate. Let people choose who they want to hire. Yes, that means anybody who doesn’t like me (for ANY reason) shouldn’t feel pressured by law to hire me either.

The government is throwing around its weight by suing people for things it doesn't like abusing the legal system. I hope this leads our politicians to pass laws allowing the winner in a frivolous legal action to recover their legal fees from the loser. The process of being sued is the punishment!!!
