I'm focused on putting weight on at the moment so my calisthenics took a hit for this month. Still a solid PST.

They’ll teach you how to be way more efficient with your stroke. The aim is to glide as much as possible under water to avoid detection and for economy of motion.

2 min is plenty of time to be able to do 101 situps. Just practice them along with other core exercises to get your core strong.

it starts pissing otther people when you do strart gett efficent and you slide by other that is swimming freestyles guud job
