Neither animal has stamina? Polar bears have been recorded swimming miles without stopping.

Polar bears have amazing stamina, this guy is crazy to say that the bear is low on stamina. Polar bears have been known to swim hundreds of miles (in fact one swam for 9 days straight (426 miles, that is equivalent to swimming from Boston to Washington D.C.)). So no, the bear wouldn't tire, nor would it overheat, as long as the fight is in Siberia, or farther north in the Artic.

It's hard to imagine how a siberian tiger could win or not suffer substantial wounds from an encounter with a polar bear. Polar bear is quite different than all the other bears in the way that he sees all the animals as potential preys.

However, the polar bear would likely win the battle in a head-to-head fight featuring two fully grown males. Their larger mass, stronger bite force, and greater stamina would allow them to outlast the smaller, weaker tiger.

In front of a full grown bear (polar, grizzly or kodiak bear), the strongest and the braver tiger living on earth makes a U-turn and walks away without thinking twice. Tigers are smart.

The polar bear has a huge advantage over a brown bear, and that is as stated in the video, they have a layer of blubber to insulate them. This, together with a tough skin, means vital parts are almost impossible to reach for the teeth of the tiger. So the brown bear is much easier to kill for a tiger than a polar bear. So im with the bear on this one.

Polar Bear for sure. Even a grizzly would take a Tiger. Sloth bears have been known to keep tigers at bay here and there. In a battle where it wouldn’t be an ambush and the Polar and Tig both go at it and are ready, the tiger is lucky to win 1/10.

I’ve seen polar bears trying take out Bull elephant seals without success..My point is, that if a polar bear has enough courage to try and fight the big boy elephant seals, weighing up to 5 tons, I don’t think the polar bear would be afraid of taking on a tiger.

I’m a huge tiger fan and I think a tiger would win like 30/100 in a head on fight against a grizzly bear (that goes up to 65/100 if it’s an ambush), but against a polar bear, I would give it like 1/100
