Once again the same incident repeated itself. England is filled with stupid and unprofessional referees and Var. Technology and machines should make human work easier, not make humans look stupider.

Except. It is very reasonable for a ref NOT to give a pen there since it was so close ( so no intentional play) AND his arm/hand wasnt away from his body. While on the other hand, it doesnt matter whether or not there is intention, ANY handball that leads to a goal is ruled out.
So correct decision: No Goal, Hnads on Havertz
