I'm still riding my father's bike yamaha DT125 up to this day. The bike is now 21 years old and still kicking. I've promised my dad that i will take care of it even if his no longer with us.

Love these old school bikes and the sound of that 2 stoke is so cool.

I had 4 DT125R in late 90s for a few years 2 black an blue, a white one and a purple one, I had a black one that was faster than a YZ in every way, skimmed top end because I chipped it because I was riding it after it blew up, I did not even score the cylinder, it was fast as with new piston and rings an chain an sprockets, the one DT125R that was special with Power valve fully opened, better than a YZ

I have same bike I rode it to school every day too always popped a wheelie at the enterance

Hi, I would like to buy a Yamaha DT but I don't know if it will be good for the use I will do because I will have to travel about 66 km (round trip) and being a 2t I don't know if the consumption will be excessive

Cool video. To improve the sound, get a zoom H1n. Trust me it's a good decision. ;) :)

I live in the Netherlands where we could only ride restricted 50cc bikes at 16 😢, nobody really has the restrictions on tho but if you get caught by the police you're fucked
