I was born in the best time in the history of mankind. Insouciance, innocence, the best music ( not only the disco music but the Eagles, CCR, Fleetwood Mack and so many more) and the whole system ( discotheque) to enjoy the whole things. I am 64 years old but it was all worth it just to be young then, for that reason I accept to be that old it allow me to live this fantastic era.

Danced to this all night long in the Red Parrot in Manhattan on 57th Street when it first came out in 78/79 and then in 2008, I went to Finland. We were at a club and this came on. I was amazed that my partner picked up the hustle so quickly and everyone watched us dance across the floor. The DJ mixed this for at least 20 minutes if not longer. such an unforgettable experience

Carol Douglas' most magical "suite."1976. When music was highly romantic, tender, sensuous and sweet...you could look across the floor, catch someone's eyes and become infatuated instantly. And aside from Cerrone's Love In C Minor, one of the longest full-side records (the early days of one song that lasted for 17 minutes!) Those were beautiful times.
