This worked on my HP Omen Laptop thank you. I reset my optane volume in my UEFI BIOS and it did not wipe my OS. So that was convenient. It just fixed my optane and now it works great!

The last part was not clear enough. Should I enable again Optane before the reinstallation of the Windows or only after the reinstallation was finished.

how do I know if I have this on my pc? I have been having constant problems with my pc when I restart it I get a blue screen with some stop error IRQl code and I reinstalled windows and installed all the chipset drivers. I also am not able to get the full internet speed I once got so I dont know what is wrong. I followed all trouble shooting steps from microsoft and im still having problems. I don't know if its my hardware that is bad or if its the OS do you know what could be wrong?
