How to Install Cygwin on Windows and How to Install EDirect

This is a quick tutorial on how to install Cygwin on a Windows 7 machine, and includes how to install the NCBI's Entrez Direct, EDirect, programs using Cygwin.

I thought this could work, but it doesn't show me any perl. It says I need to install libusb whatever that means. Thanks for the help but will look for a different place
