When my second child was born the doctors had to take her into another room because she was having breathing problems and they wheeled me into a recovery theatre after my birth and all I could think about was holding my child and seeing her for the first time and got so anxious and crying my eyes out. I couldn’t imagine someone birthing my child and then picking her up when I was “ready” what kind of world do we live in 😒
