Just rooted a Nord N200 now. I recommend using the MSM tool to read your boot file from your software that is currently installed. Press F8 when in msm tool.

I followed the exact method twice, with different boot images (one from XDA and the second from Oneplus official site). The first time I got stuck in a fastboot loop and the second time I went into crash dump mode (Error: Attempted to kill init! exitcode = 0x00007f00). Any idea why I can't seem to root? :/

Went through the entire process and after reboot into android magisk says not rooted and root checker says not rooted. Not sure why as I patched the boot.img file exactly like your video said.

I did this to my oneplus 9 and after installing the patched magisk image, it completely bricked my phone. wont boost past the orange state warning.
