Εγώ αγόρασα πριν από ένα μήνα ένα πιο καινούριο μοντέλο του 2019, συγκεκριμένα το 24TL510S και είναι Monitor TV ξέρετε, αλλά και πάλι είναι ακριβώς η ίδια οθόνη με αυτήν, εκτός ίσως από μία μικρή μόνο διαφορά (η δικιά μου έχει ελαφρώς διαφορετικό τύπο βάσης)... Με λίγα λόγια όμως είναι απλώς φοβερό, είναι η πρώτη φορά που αγοράζω LG και πραγματικά σας το εγγυώμαι, μετά από αυτήν την εμπειρία, δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να την

Προσοχή! Την έχω αγορασει και έχω να σας πω ότι η οθόνη έχει ένα μεγάλο και σοβαρό μειονέκτημα. Σε κάποια χρώματα και ειδικά στο μπλε είναι εμφανές το πλέγμα της οθόνης. Εννοώ ότι φαίνονται τα pixels.

Αν παίζει σε όλα high και δεν σε νοιάζει η εξοικονόμηση, θα έχει κάποιο αντίκτυπο στην ζωή της ή στην απόδοση της μετά από καιρό;;

Άκου "τρεμοπαίζει η οθόνη επειδή είναι στα 75hz και η κάμερα τραβάει στα 60 fps". Το καλύτερο που άκουσα τον τελευταίο καιρό. Μήπως αυτό συνέβη επειδή ήταν ενεργοποιημένο το backlight strobing ή αλλιώς "1ms blur reduction" που λέει η LG;

I ordered few hours before the LG 27MP59G-P for 169€ for generic PC use and casual PC and console gaming (Xbox One S).

I chose it for the freesync in both ports: Display Port+HDMI, IPS panel and the 40-75 freesync range for both HDMI & DP (much better than the rest 60-75hz freesync monitors: 48-60 or 48-72 Samsung, 48-75 other LG ).


I declined budget VA panels from Samsung because the miserable 1 HDMI+1
vga port, the untrustworthy 5 dead pixel policy (at least in Greece),
VA ghosting and restricted angles+colors(compared to IPS) and the lower
refresh rate (60 standard, 72 only with freesync).

I also declined the promising Viewsonic VX2458-C-mhd with curved VA 24
monitor, freesync and 144hz due to many reports I found about DOA or
problems with random freesync frame drops and it's ....huge bezels
compared to 2020 competitors. Although if there was no COVID-19 and the
courrier delays I had no doubt to risk for a faster still uglier monitor
with IPS panel for only 180€. //
24inch 1080p 75hz freesync is the sweet spot for casual, low budget gaming. 144hz is even better for PC gaming although consoles can go up to 60fps (except the Xbox X) and for no FPS gamers is not a big deal to pay 50 or 100% more from the 75hz.

Important to know that LG MP59G lacks VESA mount compared to the almost identical LG 24MK600M-B(that lacks some fancy "gamer" functions). Although it has some extra features like slightly wider Freesync range: 40-75 instead of 48-75 like most 60 or 75 refresh rate monitors. For budget gamers that's a huge difference from playable to unplayable when graphic card struggles with modern AAA titles.

The 1ms should not be the selling point because it is virtual and as I read it has some side effects to picture quality. The actual is 5 ms for both mentioned LG monitors although the MP59G has been tweaked for gaming. The real selling point is the better freesync compatibility. Another key benefit for the mentioned LG monitors is that they have cross hair built in (it helps for some fps).

I hope my own will have low backlight bleeding. As you may know that's the Achilles heel of all IPS panels.


PS.
Because of Corona Virus and the restrictions/delays for every order,
there was not availability for 24inch version to any official LG Greece
reseller (official importers get 0 pixel guaranty and 3 years service)
and the rates for many things tend to increase due to lock-down. The 27 has lower pixel density os less crispy but it will be more satisfying for movies and multimedia.
