how much better did this smell??? I just purchase a sierra truck and was thinking on replacing the carpet as well... how much is carpet as well ? for a 2016 cc 150?

I realize the old carpet was worn and looks to be at least attempted to be cleaned with some harsh chemicals in the past but in the videos it looks a few shades darker than OEM. Assuming it was held to a carpet from the same year that was in better shape, is it an exact match or is it really that much darker?

What are those rubber lines on the floor? It almost looks like an adhesive. My 2019 had a windshield leak that was repaired on the passenger side, and I am currently drying out the carpet and insulation. The floor pan is in pristine condition but it seems as if the water has deteriorated some of this "adhesive" or rubber on the top of the floor pan beneath the front passenger's foot area.

What is the purpose of this rubber and is there any worry that some of it has deteriorated?

Well it’s in there…nobody’s critic but you need more practice on your cut in technique…plenty of places I seen you over cut the carpet. 🤔 now bring on the fool that says bet you couldn’t do any better 😂
