3 'Dangerous' Foods That Are Actually Healthy

Food propaganda completely fooled you. You’ve been lied to about these three foods

Raw milk

Only 760 people get sick from raw milk each year, compared to 2.3 million people who get sick from leafy greens. Raw milk is more nutrient dense than pasteurized milk, contains more supportive enzymes, and comes from cows that are pasture-raised and have better health.

Butter

Saturated fat is actually healthy for you. Linoleic acid, an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid is pro-inflammatory and destroys your body. And butter contains extremely low levels of this especially compared to vegetable oils which we’re told are healthy, but those are actually horrible for you.

Beef

People also need to stop fearing beef too and this ties into the inflammatory polyunsaturated fats we just talked about. When cows eat grains, which aren’t good for them, they can actually convert the inflammatory polyunsaturated fats into saturated fats. This is literally a miracle. Beef also contains numerous vitamins and minerals that can actually boost your metabolism

And you want to intelligently lose weight and boost your metabolism, check out my links.

Maybe less people get sick from raw milk because less people drink raw milk

It is misleading to compare the number of illnesses of raw milk and leafy greens without comparing the difference in the number of consumers of each. You need to look at the rate of illness. If you consider yourself honest, you would remove this video

I'm all for being natural and eating Whole Foods and want to start drinking raw milk but what statistics are you stating about people getting sick from it? Are you going off of the US or worldwide? Because the ratio of people who drink raw milk vs leafy greens are drastically different in the US

Definitely, it's to allow the rich to eat the better food as they get more expensive. The excuse in Europe is the three "bad" foods are bad for environment (carbon emissions). Food is not the problem in the carbon crisis.

Food for thought here. What do you think the ratio of people eating leafy greens to those who drink raw milk is? I say this to suggest that the way the stat was used could be a little misleading.

It’s the WAY the beef, poultry, and other animals are raised that make the difference. Beef and other red meats are great sources of nutrients if consumed from proper sources. Bad quality beef is obviously going to be carcinogenic.

What about low-pasteurized milk? There is also unhomogenized

Tim, I like your channel but influencing for the raw milk company which has a history of ecoli outbreaks is a bad look and discredits your own personal brand.
