I like that you said these exercises need not be perfect but it’s the exercise of the muscles in the hand and fingers that matter . Thank you for sharing more secrets of good use of bow . Marvelous .

These are all great! It's how I learned them as well from my Galamian-based training.

On the bow crawl, i like to go (from frog) 1. 2. Th 3. 4. ://:
In other words, I adjust the thumb in the middle. It feels more balanced.
Coming back from the tip, i send down 4 3 2 Th 1 ://:

I do one more bow exercise: stir the sideways soup. The hand starts in neutral position. With just the fingers and a still hand, cause the point to make small circles in the air, clockwise. Then ctr-clockwise. Don't worry about what your fingers are doing! Use just the fingers and keep hand still.
