Ok, I tried to do this in 2021, but it would not transfer to Paint. What I did was to take a snip of the finished work and save it to my computer. Then I opened it in Paint. Same result, plus you can snip only the portion that you want. I used the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows 10.

If you guys are doing this on iPhone and don’t wanna pay, cartoon the photo you have, screenshot it, and then make the screen shot small so it only shows the picture you cartooned. After that, save the photo and it will be in your photo gallery!
