I'm sorry but that doesn't seem right. Even though it seems there is an adult present. That boy is far to young to be using a petrol strimmer. Teach them to use it competently yes but when they are a lot older and able to use it safely and properly. Plus the child didn't seem to be wearing any basic eye or ear protection. I am not a health and safety busy body but still. 😐
