@Derdelior not really, Mass Dispel seems to be buggy since the dispel mechanic change ( you can dispel now even if there isn't anything to dispel ), it affects a maximum of 10 targets. If you use it on 25 targets it chooses 10 random targets and dispels them, even if they didn't had any debuffs.

@teguildnanda really helpfull to know that, i've only raided in 10man, so at chogall i use single target dispell, but i will raid in 25 soon, and isn't better to sigle dispel too?
I know there are 4 MC but spamming mass dispell is a waste of mana if fails
