I think the overall new villain in Godzilla vs Kong and MonsterVerse will be Mechagodzilla, SpaceGodzilla or Destoroyah. Anguirus might be featured in the new movie as well.

Mothra and Rodan might return in Godzilla vs Kong as they will team up with Godzilla and Kong to fight a new enemy. Anguirus and King Caesar might join the Monsterverse as they presumably might join with Godzilla and Kong's army with the humans by their side. Godzilla vs Kong will be like an Avengers Endgame-like style when every superhero faces off with Thanos and his alien army.

It could be a scrapped titan. I don't think that bat monster will appear in Godzilla VS Kong.
