Although these skills and drills are simple, the are used at all levels and are effective for older and more skilled players as well! I am simply making this video for younger players because these are some skills and areas you want to work on from a young age.

About this video: In this video we are going over some soccer skills for beginners and som soccer drills for children that will help younger and more beginner players develop very quickly.
1st Drill - Juggling
Juggling will be your best friend and is one of the best soccer skills for little kids to learn early. This is because this drill works on a fundamental skill called ball control.
I recommend that all beginners and kids juggle for at least 10 minutes a day in order to build momentum and improve this area quickly
2nd Drill - Cone weaving
This is another great soccer skill for kids! Go slow with this at first and focus on getting the movements and form down, but as you get better, speed it up.
After enough practice you'll be able to go really fast weaving through the cones.
1st Skill - Drag Back
This is one of the most simple skill moves out there, but also one of the most used at all levels. It's a great little skill moves that will allow you to turn quickly.
This is a win win as it is fairly simple to learn, yet very effective in matches.
2nd Skill - The Chop
This is personally one of my favorite moves and one I have actually used since I was a kid. But whether I was a kid, or playing in college, I still used this move!
So again, this is one useful at all levels, but fairly simple to learn!
3rd Skill - The Body Feint
This one is Lionel Messi signature move so you know it's a good one. It's one I recommend all players of a young age to learn because it is going to come in handy at all ages and levels.
