Hopefully you will paint the outside soon! Would be the most satisfying video ever. Would make the place look twice as expensive and fancy!

I appreciate you totaling up how much the sponsored products came to. So many times content creators gloss over the fact that they get products free (or in exchange for exposure and ads).

Honestly I expected your costs to be higher as you totaled everything. You did a lot for less than I thought you would.

Shop is looking so good! Far cry from when I saw it last. And you'll be all setup for you 1M sub celebration there 😀💪

Great breakdown of costs and the openness of how much you saved through sponsorship is refreshing.

One million here we come!
This series has been one of my must see series lately. You can see the effort and joy put into the build as well as the videos! Thank you!

Congratulations on this impressive transformation! Thanks for your transparency about costs and partnerships. You’ve worked hard to build your business and it has clearly paid off since so many companies are willing to work with you. I can’t wait to see more projects from your new space!

So much for "you can't polish a turd."

Kidding. Your shop really looks amazing. Excited to see where you go from here.

7:20 I think I mentioned that you should have installed a subpanel on the other side of your building, running AL wire to a subpanel is cheaper than running CU, plus allows for future expandability. Would have saved both on appliance runs and outlets.

All the "I worked with" prices is actually awesome! There is a reason all these companies are working with you. keep up the great work. I cannot wait to see what comes next.

Really appreciate the transparency on all of this, it's very helpful for those of us not running a successful Youtube channel and are doing this stuff as a hobby.

Love that transparency and it does look great!

im going to assume the labor cost from the perkins brother was at a discount and not their actual rates, that seems rather cheap for a crew to come out even for a couple days. Thanks for the break down either way, I love these videos.

Good transparency on the build. There are hearts breaking all over knowing that a super shop will cost a mere $435K USD ($588K Cdn) and you'll be off to the races! LOL Keeping it real!

I connected with your channel thru PBB and I've really enjoyed all of your content. And you've created an awesome shop and office/studio

What are your plans for the exterior? Cool Crafted logo on the front? :)

I am really impressed with how your workshop turned out. In the beginning, I will admit, I had my doubts, but they were quickly washed away. GREAT Where can I find the "half ass" poster you have on your office wall??? I don't own any commercial property, and I am still living in my first home, but when the contract was being drawn, I had my attorney include any pre move in cleaning expenses, to be paid by the seller. It worked, because they left nothing behind, the walls and floors were all cleaned before closing day. There is absolutely no excuse what-so-ever that you should have to clean up someone else's garbage, especially when it comes to buying property. I'm not talking about the old insulation, and unwanted, unnecessary "structural elements" like the bracing for the wall that was caving in, just the general unwanted junk the previous owner decided to leave for you to throw away, that is light years beyond ignorant.

So now, above your porch roof, you have the perfect place for signage... something to let everyone know where you are and what you do. If you feel the need to advertise, please do not underestimate the incredible benefits you can get from a creative signage idea. I can't wait to see what you do with this... establishing your name/brand in your market.
