Would be interesting to know the criteria for sending actual alerts nationwide. State level alerts are already in place for emergencies impacting the affected area(s), so what nationwide emergency/crisis would warrant such an alert from FEMA?

I was at a casino in Vegas and a lady at the blackjack table I was at, worked for FEMA. This was 6-8 years ago. Must have been getting paid very well since she was playing $25.00 a hand. She told me that when she went into New Orleans during the flood people were yelling at FEMA people to leave. They basically didn't want their help. I guess they haven't changed much based on the cover up they were running in Maui. Like ALL government agencies they are near the top of the evil stack. As soon as I got up this morning my phone was turned off . Not going to participate in their stupid games.
