Today I asked you guys which piece you would like to hear me play most today, and the majority vote was Interstellar, so here we go! I noticed To The Moon is heavily requested to, so that will be taken into consideration as well!

If you would like to participate in fan requesting, please follow me on facebook and twitter to not miss out next time!

Hope you enjoy my cover of Interstellar - First Step originally composed by Hans Zimmer.

I will learn this piece, and then record myself playing it in the middle of nowhere in Iceland all within the next 4 years. It is necessary. It’s my mission.

I'm away in the military and listen to this song when I start to miss my family. It makes me realize even though the story is fiction, that it could be much worse like Cooper missing out on decades within just a few days and giving up his family for the better. Makes a few months away from home seem a lot easier.

3:52 This is where Kyle's real skills start to set in. He's not even looking at the sheets anymore and is ready to just go all out on improvising. Then he just explodes at 5:59 and creates this wow moment as you watch in awe. This is what sets him apart from other pianists. His improvising and arranging skills are second to none and you feed off of his emotional playing. Thanks for the inspiration Kyle.

There's a guy this good sitting in an office chair next to a Pikachu plushie? I swear, he should be performing in orchestras and in huge stadium performances. Insane skills.

One day I will catch up to you, and when that happens, Im going to find you, look you in the eyes, take your hand, and shake the hell out of it. You have made me push myself as far as I can go back. You have helped nourish my love for the piano. You have shown me that there is more than just playing the piano. You have shown me how to truly express myself. You have forever changed my life, and I will never forget you. Thank you Kyle Landry

As a beginner piano player videos like this give me inspiration to continue to practice and not give up on frustrating pieces.

This is my all time favorite piece. I have came back to this videos a million times and it is equally amazing everytime. I picked up the piano again after quitting after 4 years piano lessons as a child. But this time I picked it up again with a clear goal in mind. To one day play this piece. I am now practicing piano again for about 1, 5 years averaging about 1-2 hours practice daily. I have made large steps in progress and have good intonation I have been told. Now 1, 5 years later I am getting close to the point were I feel confident to start learning this piece. Thank you for inspiring me Kyle : )

7:12 I can't say how much I love this chord. The added seventh just brings up so many harmonics that are so pleasing to the ear.
