But as we enter our third decade in brewing, there’s also something to be said about the classics: especially a bold, boozy Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout. This year’s Anniversary Ale was aged in rye whiskey barrels for twelve months and is packed with rich aromas and flavors of chocolate, toffee, and espresso, all backed by a warming lingering finish.
