Ok so ya I watched it twice and on the second time I exercised my face with Pamela, afterwards I gave myself a Reiki face massage did a half hour of Trapeze Yoga ( there is something for Pamela to try, I would bet she isn't able to tackle that!) I finished up with a 30 min. Meditation. Wow I can take on the world! Thank you Pamela for getting my face started today! ☺️
