Hello my brother, firstly thanks for the video. I have Lg ht502sh 500 watt RMS, it doesn't have equalizer (Pop, jazz, bass etc.) unfortunately, only a couple of modes but all of them have hoarse voice.
it also has VSM(virtual sound mode) but this option makes the sound and vocals so unnatural. Do you know if this model has any software update or not? Thank you.
