When I first listened to this song I cried because it showed me just how much faith and hope I put in people (especially guys) to meet my needs for love, worth, affirmation and connection. I want to truly be able to say that only Jesus can truly satisfy the longings and depths of my heart and soul, no matter what I have or don’t have. ❤️

“No one else is dying on the cross for me” hahaha it’s so unbelievable how true that is. We put so much effort and love into the wrong things and people. We have to question and ask ourselves: would they DIE on the cross for us?
This is my declaration: today and I, will give it ALL to Him! I will give Him all the praise and glory. I will rejoice in His name! God you’re the creator, beginning and the end, you know the path we’re supposed to follow. Reveal it to us. Lead us to you, Lord!! We give it ALL to you, God! We’re all in.
Oh Father God, you are BEAUTIFUL. Your name is beauty, Lord. You are love. You are joy. You are strength, God. You died on the cross for OUR sins, for OUR hearts. Lord, I pray for revelations in our hearts. They’re open. Reveal yourself and the plans you have for us, Father. Show us where we’re supposed to go, who we should hang around, what we should do in our free time, what we need to say. Just start revealing yourself as we open ourselves up for you, Lord. I pray for peace and strength through these battles that we may face to get to the other side; your side, Father, the beautiful side, Lord. I pray for healing, God. We love you, Lord. We honor your goodness, Father.

One day I pray I can experience this firsthand..looks like such a beautiful time of worship with God's people..it's amazing how much God has saved me from..being a Teen Mom, being in an abusive relationship, having grown up in such a violent environment, it seems like violence followed me everywhere but then You came in Lord and saved me over and over again..there is hope in Jesus Christ..call out to your Father! He is listening! Follow His voice as He leads you out of the darkness and into the light! Hallelujah!
