This week were joined by Andrew Stofleth, former Marine Infantryman and current executive director of a major disaster relief firm.

The transition from anxiety ridden infantryman wasn't an easy one. After years of excessive partying andy was met with a health diagnosis that completely changed his outlook on life.

After deciding to change his life and to finish his degree, Andy stepped outside of his comfort zone, forcing himself to sit in the front of each class to overcome his anxiety of large crowds.

"Transition is hard -- even with a rock solid tribe. I don't know how many veterans would admit to having a barrel in their mouth at some point or another in those first few months and years after getting out, but I'm sure it's more than you would expect. You don't have to force yourself to conform to fit in -- instead find something that gives your purpose and a sense of accomplishment and pursue that. "
