FP66 0XD - I am in the wrong because I was overtaking

This idiot tried to over take me on a double white line with oncoming traffic while I was overtaking another cyclist. He then shouts at me telling me that his actions are justified because I am overtaking the cyclist. Then he tries to squeeze me into the pavement. Was so close I hit the side of the van with my fist.
