The most surprising thing I've noticed watching this, is that Hank has embarked on a 100 mile trip with less than a quarter tank of petrol.

The most impressive thing is that he stopped to get changed and give a bike tour in the middle of it.

I cycled with Jon in 2013 while he was on his way around the planet! Well done, mate. 🎉

And for the first time in history; a world record attempt was not a failure in front of GCN cameras !
Great content (as usual) by the way ! :)

The most impressive thing is that the 28 mph tailwind managed the course in a little over 3 and a half hours.

Exceptional! I never thought that an audi could drive 100 miles without breaking down.

I can't even fathom the effort required even with that immense tailwind. Absolutely exceptional effort smashing your own record. 100 miles sub 3hree hours doesn't even sound like a possible sentence. Take my hat off to you 😉👌👍👊

This is nuts, that dual carriageway is about 100 yards from my house, and I would never even dare go down it. Fair play for smashing it like that.

I did my first century ride over RAGBRAI 2022. I am 15 years old and I was on the road from 6:00 AM to about 4:30 PM. That day was 105 miles long with a 20 mph tailwind that admittedly helped a LOT but I still thought my time was pretty good, I even hit about 24 mph for a while 😁 I thought that my 10 and a half hours was good (more like 7 and a half if I don't count the breaks I took) but Jonathan's ride was just incredible!! I'm so glad I took the time to check this out 😅
