My exact setup from the Ode 2 grinder to the Stagg EKG Pro kettle to the Black Mirror Plus scale. The only thing I'm missing is the Switch. I'm currently using the V60 Drip Decanter, which I love, but I'm very curious about the Switch.

I've also been eyeing the NextLevel Pulsar, but that seems to be out of stock everywhere I look.

This looks like a pretty simple recipe, but I'm curious: how scalable is the recipe? If i want to brew for two people, how easy is it to modify for the larger amount?

Very interesting brewer. Does it come with Hario decanter? Is there only one size cone? What filter and size does it use, V60? Can the Melitta paper filter be used? Note: this works just like the Breville Precision Brewer BDC455 in My Brew and Pourover Cone modes.

How do i know if i got a hario switch knock off, mine seems to be very flimsy delicate so delicate its hard to flip the switch?Thankyou!

I see the switch fits over the more attractive decanter. I do not know why the "kit" is packaged with the ugly beaker instead of the much more appealing hive design. I thought perhaps he opening didn't accommodate it. Nice video, I'll have to try this method with mine.
