FL Studio Guru | Using The Manual

The FL Studio Manual is a great resource and with the tips shown here you should be finding what you want in no time.

The FL Studio Manual is available online so you can read it anywhere you have access to the Internet:

We have a version of the manual for download at Looptalk that doesn't always stay on-top if you find that behaviour annoying, It's attached to the bottom of the first thread.:

Reading: The manual tries to cover every control in the program and plugins. If you are scanning pages for information we have bolded all the key points, concepts and notes. That means if you just flick your eyes between the bold text you should quicly get an overview of the contents of a page.

Searching: If you have a keyword in mind then use either the Index or Search tabs. Finding the keyword in the Index list will rely on us putting that word in the topic title (and that's where your feedback is useful). The Search tab scans the raw text of every page for your key words, so is the deep-search method. You can also use quotes to search for specific word strings, "vertical zoom" and Boolean logic (a AND b, a OR b, a NOT b) to further refine searches.

I am having a major tech problem. I have not gotten a response in the forum. I've have other issues that weren't this serious and never got answers. I'm in the middle of a major project but this may be my last using FL. I don't know what's happening with FL it hasn't always been this way but I'm at the end of my rope. I lost a song idea because I've been dealing with this technical problem for more than 2 hours.

Whenever I produce with Fl Studio, my work sounds light when compared to other DAWS. What I'm I not doing right? I listen to the samples that FLS come with. They sound nice but mine is always light especially the bass.

80% of the questions I see being made here in these FL videos have the answers written in the manual!
People just don't seem to read manuals, or don't know how to read them at all, gee!!
Seriously, FLStudio is rather complex, this is not like playing with PS3's half a dozen buttons joystick, and even there you might run into problems if you don't read the manual.
